A short page, because there is not much to report yet.

Praxa builds AI operators that execute administrative workflows inside US health systems. We are early: onboarding design partners for 2026, with no announced funding, no named customers, and no coverage to point you at.

What this page does have is a media contact who answers, a boilerplate paragraph you can paste verbatim, and the logo and colour guidance you need if you are going to render our mark next to your own type.

[ 01 ]Media contact

One address. A person reads it.

Write to press@praxaai.ai with your outlet, your deadline, and what you actually need. There is no agency in front of us and no media relations queue, so the reply comes from someone who can answer the technical question rather than promise to find out.

We will tell you plainly what we can confirm and what we cannot. If a claim in your draft attributes something to Praxa that we have not measured or cannot evidence, we would much rather flag it before you publish than write to you afterwards.

Not on this page, on purpose: a guaranteed response time, an on-call phone number, and a spokesperson roster. All three are commitments a company our size cannot honestly make yet. Email is monitored on business days, US time zones.

Topic 01

Health system operations

How administrative work actually moves inside a US health system: referral intake, denial appeals, prior authorisation, the fax-and-portal seam between an EHR and a payer, and why the people doing it are not the inefficiency.

Topic 02

Automation in regulated environments

What it takes to deploy autonomous software where protected health information cannot leave the perimeter, credentials belong to the customer, and a CISO has to sign before anything runs. Trade-offs of customer-hosted deployment, honestly described.

Topic 03

Auditability of autonomous systems

What an action-level record has to contain before a compliance officer will accept it, how autonomy gets granted one workflow at a time against measured accuracy, and why “the model decided” is not an acceptable answer to an auditor.

Topic 04

Where this category oversells

We will go on the record about the gap between what AI agent companies demonstrate and what they have deployed, including the parts we have not solved. We will not do it by naming a competitor’s customer or repeating a rumour.

  • 01What we will not do: name a design partner who has not agreed in writing to be named.
  • 02What we will not do: confirm funding, valuation, or headcount we have not announced.
  • 03What we will not do: give you a performance number we cannot show you the measurement for.
  • 04What we will do: correct our own record publicly if we get something wrong.
[ 02 ]Boilerplate

Copy this, not the homepage.

Two approved descriptions of the company. Both are checked, both are free of claims we cannot evidence, and both are cleared for verbatim use without asking us first.

If you need a version at a different length, or one framed for a specific audience, write to press@praxaai.ai and we will write it rather than have you compress ours and lose a qualifier that matters.

Praxa AI builds AI operators that execute administrative workflows inside US health systems. Rather than advising or reporting, a Praxa operator reads unstructured documents, carries out multi-step processes across the systems of record a health system already runs, and writes an attributable record of every action it takes. Praxa runs inside the customer’s own environment, under credentials the customer issues and can revoke, and does not make clinical decisions. The company is US-based and is onboarding health system design partners for 2026.

Use this version in the closing paragraph of an article, a partner announcement, or a conference programme.
Short boilerplateApproved for verbatim use · 34 words

Praxa AI builds AI operators that execute administrative workflows inside US health systems — running in the customer’s own environment, logging every action, and making no clinical decisions. Praxa is onboarding design partners for 2026.

Use this version in a speaker bio, a newsletter mention, or anywhere with a hard character limit.

One line we ask you to keep if you shorten either paragraph yourself: Praxa does not make clinical decisions. It executes administrative steps a qualified person has already decided on. That distinction is the difference between an accurate description of the product and a regulatory claim we have never made.

[ 03 ]Brand assets

The mark, the wordmark, and the rules.

The identity is two elements: an isometric stacked-layers mark and the Praxa wordmark. The mark reads as three planes seen from above — a document entering a stack of systems — and the two lower planes are deliberately lighter than the top one. That falloff is part of the mark, not a rendering artefact.

Both elements are monochrome and inherit the colour of the type they sit beside. There is no full-colour version, no gradient version, and no alternative lockup.

There is no downloadable asset kit yet. A packaged kit with SVG, PNG and EPS files, both lockups, and clear-space templates is being prepared. Until it exists, email press@praxaai.ai and we will send the files you need in the format you need them. The specimens and rules below are accurate and sufficient to typeset the mark correctly in the meantime.

Mark, standaloneUse where the name is already set in adjacent copy: favicons, avatars, a speaker slide that carries the wordmark elsewhere.
Praxa
Wordmark, standaloneInstrument Sans at weight 600 with −0.02em tracking. Do not substitute a different typeface, and do not letterspace it out.
Praxa
Primary lockupMark left, wordmark right, optically centred, with a gap of roughly one third of the mark’s width. This is the default for any first appearance.
Praxa
Inherited colourThe lockup takes the colour of the text around it — here at the muted grey of body copy. On a light background it becomes near-black. Never recolour it to a brand colour that is not ours.

Colour values

These are the tokens the site itself renders from. Purple is a fill colour only: it is never used as body text, because at this hue it does not reach the 4.5:1 contrast the rest of the system holds to. Where you see purple type on our pages it is the lifted variant below.

Canvas #0E0E11

The page background. A cool charcoal with no colour tint.

Surface #16161A

Panels, cards, and diagram containers that sit above the canvas.

Surface raised #1C1C21

A second elevation, used inside panels that already sit on a surface.

Primary text #E8E8EA

Headlines and the mark itself. 15.8:1 on the canvas.

Muted text #8E8E96

Body copy and captions. 5.9:1 on the canvas.

Praxa purple #6B2BB5

The brand colour. A fill only — primary buttons and icon tiles. White on it measures 8.0:1.

Purple deep #40196D

Heavy panels and the announcement bar. White on it measures 13.3:1.

Purple lift #A46BE8

The same hue lifted for purple type, links, and focus rings. 5.4:1 on the canvas.

Correct usage

  • Keep clear space of at least half the mark’s height on all four sides.
  • Scale the mark and wordmark together; the lockup proportions are fixed.
  • Place it on a plain background with a contrast ratio of at least 3:1 against the mark.
  • Use one flat colour: our primary text colour, your body text colour, black, or white.
  • Give the mark descriptive alternative text — “Praxa AI” is enough.

Incorrect usage

  • Do not stretch, squash, rotate, skew, or add perspective to either element.
  • Do not add a gradient, outline, drop shadow, glow, or bevel.
  • Do not flatten the three planes to one opacity, or reorder them.
  • Do not set the wordmark in another typeface, or in italic, caps, or a lighter weight.
  • Do not place the mark over a photograph, a busy pattern, or a low-contrast field.
  • Do not lock our mark to another company’s logo to imply a partnership that has not been announced.
[ 04 ]Coverage

In the news

Status · Nothing to list

No coverage yet.

Praxa has not been written about. There is no logo wall on this page, no “as featured in” strip, and no press release dressed up as an article, because none of those would be true and all of them are easy to check.

When something is published, it will appear here with the outlet, the date, and a link to the original — including the pieces that are critical of us.

Also absent and staying absent until it is real: an awards section, an analyst-recognition section, and a speaking-engagement list. An empty state you can trust is worth more to you than a filled one you have to verify.
